Sigma Brushes

Hiya!

Well, Ive done it! Ive bought into the craze that is Sigma Brushes. I bought two sets, the Essential Kit and the Performance Eye Kit. They really are beautiful brushes. Very soft, however great control. There is a mix of natural and synthetic fiber brushes which I like and with the two sets I got, they seem to have a brush for really every thing. I noticed the Performance Kit has a little bit more precision to it then the Essential Kit with regards to the shape of the Eye Shadow Brushes. The face brushes are a good workable shape, soft to use, good to blend and dont seem to soak up too much foundation/ powder. I did however have an issue with one of the brushes that I received. It was a fine liner brush that had lost a few hairs which caused it to taper to one side. I got in contact with Sigma, to which they sent me a new brush straight away. No questions asked. I was very VERY much impressed with the customer service on the Sigma team. Very much a pleasure to deal with.

Part of the deal when you make an order on the Sigma Brush Website, you get a free gift with purchase. This is the gift that I got. To be Honest, I love these colours, and they are some thing that I will absolutely be using. Tempting to buy the full size kit, but then again how many neutral kit can one person own?

I am very much thinking about buying the Sigmax collection as I think I have a think for face brushes. Strange I know, but they are just sooooo nice!

PS! I WON MY BATTLE WITH TELSTRA! We are getting High Speed (HA!) ADSL internet. I have been using Mobile Broadband with a 15GB limit this whole time! I hope this means, better quality videos, and more frequent posting. XX Loz

Working on my portfolio

So today I thought I would do some work on my make up portfolio. Big massive thank you to my friend Stephanie for coming over and being my model for today.

A little background on my Model, Stephanie is 17 and still in high school. She is very involved with her Horses and is currently working on building her Drum Horse Stud. ( I think that's correct)

My First look for her, is what we called Bubble Gum. I think this is an age appropriate look, and doesn't make her look too old or mature ( if you get what I mean)

So my next set of pics I think is not so age appropriate. This look is a lot darker. Steph's fave colour is green, and since her eyes are blue, I decided to use the purple to make her eyes pop, however to tie in that Green I used a dark charcoal green from MAC (Green Smoke)

So there you go.... Just some more pics to add to my collection.

A Day of Filming....

Today I spent the day making Videos. Phew... 30 More reviews done and the conclusion of my first series which is reviewing all the products I currently own. Next to start on Hauls, Monthly Faves and New Purchases :D

So exited to be getting this underway.

I currently have about 60 or so Vids that need to be uploaded but as I mentioned before I cant uploaded them all in one go as I crash my internets :(

On other news, Joseph has his first cold... Its so hard as he cant blow his nose and there is not much I can do for him. We are just chuging along.

I really cant wait to go shopping... saving all my pennies at the moment.... have some big things that I want to buy :D

Trolling Cosmetics sites today

Today, I have been trolling cosmetics sites (dah) Im planing my next shop as I have been saving up a bit of money. This time instead of hitting Allcosmeticwholesale.com like I normally do, Ive been thinking that I may have a look at Sleek Makeup online and maybe some NYX??  Really out for some new blushes and waterproof eyeliners and mascaras. I do want some new brushes to try out as well but have not seemed to find a brand that I would like to buy a collection of yet. Below is a vid on where I have shopped in the past... 1st Post... EKKKK

Hi All,

This is my first ever written blog. Ive just started my Youtube channel, and I hope to post more information on the things I try and buy on here.

As always please feel free to comment or ask me any thing that you would like to know further details on, or if you just want to make a comment

My Youtube Channel is : https://www.youtube.com/user/MadameM00 and I have started to make my way though my collection. I have about 30 or clips I have yet to post however can only move as fast as my internet allows me :( I still have about 40+ clips to film yet. So lots and lots more to come.

I will try and keep this blog up to date on what I am purchasing or doing day to day. Please let me know if this is the kinda thing you would like to read or know about :D

For now, Im going to publish this first post, and fiddle a little more on the settings of this blog site so that its a little more like me and less generic.
